Dr. Benjamin Mittapalli is the pastor of Zion Church International, Maryland (zion-church.org). He holds a Doctor of Ministry (D.Min.) in Expository Preaching and Teaching, a Master of Divinity (M.Div.) in Biblical Studies, and a Master of Arts in Religion from Liberty University, VA. He authored a book, “Balanced Christian Home” (https://a.co/d/dlX05Mf). He is an Engineer by profession with a Master of Science (M.S.) from the University of Maryland, College Park, and a Bachelor of Engineering (Honors) from BITS Pilani, Rajasthan, India.
Dr. Mittapalli accepted Jesus Christ as his personal Savior and Lord in 1988. He has been involved in Word ministry since 1993 as an Evangelical Union (EU) student in Pilani and attended the Committee Members Training Camp (CMTC) in Kotagiri, India. In 1997-98, he was part of the Evangelical Graduates Fellowship (EGF) in Hyderabad, India. He has been residing in Maryland since 1998. He and his wife, Mary Salomi, have two children, Jason and Joanne, who are all involved actively in God’s vineyard.
